About Bahr GmbH

The Bahr GmbH & Co. KG is a modern and competent company

On a production area of 900 m² and 120 m² of office space, we meet customer requirements with 17 employees.

Foundries, automotive suppliers and the plastics industry belong to our customer base.

Our production areas include:

Aluminum mold construction: PUR forms, EPP foam molds, Forming molds, rotational molding
Gauge maufacturing :Form tolerance gauge, tracing gages, ZSB-gauge, measuring fixtures
3-D Pressure, Prototyping

Among other things, we also offer 3-D machining of free-form surfaces and location-independent measurement with our FARO measuring arm.

Foundation of the company in form of a

foundry model construction.

1958

Handover of the company by founder Gustav Strasser

to Gerhard Bahr.

1970

Entry into the CNC milling technology.

Entry into the CAD / CAM technique.

Handover of the company to Harald Bahr,

Expansion of CNC / CAD / CAM technology,

Entry into the gauge manufacturing .

Investment in the first 5-axis milling machine.

2012 to 2013

Moving to new production rooms.

Change of the company name on
