Of our current portfolio, foundry pattern making is the longest established area. Here we are at your side as experts with regard to the most diverse models with or without core boxes. It does not matter whether it is a model made by hand from wood or plastic or complex milled model equipment.

In mold making, we specialize in particular in PUR foam molds, vacuum thermoforming molds and particle foam molds. In this field, we can already draw on an expertise of more than 30 years. Here we have been able to successfully complete the most difficult projects and are always on the lookout for new challenges.

Due to the high quality requirements of the industry, our test gauges have become an indispensable part of our portfolio. Due to our creative approaches to solutions and the striving for highest precision, we have been established in the market as a gauge manufacturer for years. In the meantime, we also offer the construction of systems for testing a wide range of criteria using photo-optical measurement, in cooperation with our partner Inline3D GmbH. This procedure offers the possibility to make the inspection process more efficient, flexible and sustainable and is a further step towards the future.

As a measurement service provider, we have also been helping our customers to ensure the dimensional accuracy of their products for years. We have various options for measuring, whether directly on site or in our air-conditioned measuring room.
