Foundry model making:
As experts in foundry model making, we produce models and model equipment as well as core boxes in accordance with DIN ISO 12890 in the quality classes (H1-H3; K1-K3; M2). It doesn’t matter whether they are hand-made models made of wood or plastic or complex milled model devices.
Mold making:
In the area of mold making, we have specialized in PUR foam molds, vacuum deep-drawing molds and particle foam molds. With over 50 years of experience, we can look back on numerous successfully completed projects and are always looking for new challenges.
Test gauges:
Due to the high quality requirements of the industry, our test gauges are now an indispensable part of our portfolio. Thanks to our creative solutions and our tireless pursuit of maximum precision, we have been established as a gauge manufacturer in the market for many years. In addition, we now also offer the construction of systems for testing a wide range of criteria using photo-optical measurement. This innovative process enables the testing process to be more efficient, flexible and sustainable.
Surveying services:
As a measurement service provider, we have been supporting our customers for many years in ensuring the dimensional accuracy of their products. We have various measurement methods that can be carried out on site at your location or in our air-conditioned measuring room on our measuring machines.
